- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Use of professional cameras and drones are not allowed inside the gardens
- Flower picking is strictly not allowed
- Cars, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, and pets are not allowed inside the gardens
- Additional charges would be applicable on purchase of digital or physical products that are bought at the Photo Counter
- Pictures need to be collected at the time of exiting the park
- Refunds will not be issued if the guests fail to collect the pictures or redeem the Photo Pass voucher
- Pictures will only be captured after the guest enters the site
