[How to exchange tickets]

• You can exchange your e-voucher ticket for a physical ticket at the ticket office of at the top observatory on the LG floor of Dubai Mall.
• You can enter according to the admission time of the purchased ticket.

[Caution and Precautions]

• It can be used only on the date listed in the ticket.
• Ticket exchange is not possible if you do not have a reservation confirmation (VOUCHER).
• You have to arrive at least 10 minutes before the entrance time.
• You can enter 45 minutes before the deadline.
